A Real Estate Agent’s Guide to Understanding Title Insurance 
It is a comprehensive look at what transpires to get your contract to closing and how marketable title plays a key function. Students will learn the real value of the Title  Insurance Product and how it makes the REALTOR look like an expert in the field. Hear about scenarios that create chaos and how to avoid last minute delays. An additional segment is dedicated to the new FINCEN rule and what you need to know to prepare your buyer and seller. Taught by Tammy Sherrell-Short, broker owner of Sherrell Realty & Associates, LLC & 2021 State President Women's Council of REALTORS® of Missouri REALTORS®.
