A native of Missouri, Alex Filla is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals, with service as his foundation. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia (Mizzou) with degrees in Finance and Economics and a minor in Real Estate.

Alex has always been deeply involved in his community. While running his investment company, he also served as a Washington, MO councilman for several years. His hands-on experience with his family farm gave him valuable insight into the industry, further shaping his understanding of land and property development.

His passion for real estate grew as he managed the development of both small and large subdivisions, gaining extensive knowledge of the industry’s ins and outs. As a real estate agent, Alex brings expert guidance, in-depth market knowledge, and personalized service to every client. His goal is to find the perfect fit and turn real estate visions into reality.
